Summary: Ephraim is a great area and the Edgewater is in a good location. You can walk to restaurants. The sunsets are beautiful.

Summary: Nice room. Easy to get too. Pet friendly!! My only negative comment would be regarding the “after hours” phone number. We had a toilet issue, had water on the floor, and the only number given was for lockout service, otherwise leave a message. Went to office right when they opened in the morning and a service person was there in under an hour to take care of it. But we worried all night about the need to use the toilet. Would definitely go back.

Summary: The owner greeted me by my name, as I was the last room to check in that day. The room was amazing! Full kitchen, living/dining room with sofa bed. Two big tvs King size bed, hot tub in the room with bath salts and a loofah. Walking distance to everything; breakfast, lunch, dinner and ice cream. Directly across from the bay with an outdoor pool and hot tub and beach access. The hotel grounds were gorgeous and fragrant.
